• 1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are available only within the first 14 days from the start date of the service.

• 2. Process for Requesting a Refund:

  • Submit a written request to admin@headonsys.com detailing the reasons for the refund.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

• 3. Refund Amount:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed for the remaining portion of the contract, minus 20% administrative fees or services already rendered.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel their service subscription at any time by providing written notice to admin@headonsys.com
  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

• 2. Effect of Cancellation:

  • Upon cancellation, access to ongoing OKR consulting services will cease immediately.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.
